WELCOB HM5454-220-50W-840 COB LED features flip chip packaging and premium aluminum, which improves the heat dissipation. It functions with an AC220-240V input, no need to work with an external driver. With several circuit protection features, it increases reliability for operation in environments with power grid environment with significant voltage fluctuations, and includes two solder pads and solderless plug-in terminals for different wiring needs, improving installation efficiency and reducing lighting fixture costs.
The LED model employs fluorescent powders with peak wavelength of 840nm, it is a continuous and smooth spectrum with 700-1000nm wide wavelengths, instead of using multiple kinds of IR SMD LED chips configurations. To a greater extent, it simulates and reproduces the infrared part of sunlight. This setup makes it perfect for compact fixtures with high heat density, ideal for therapy lights, infrared applications, tanning, physiotherapy, and medical aesthetic treatments.
