WELCOB HF230200 345V/2000W COB LED adopts flip chip packaging, no gold wire bonding, integrated on a high-quality aluminum board with high thermal conductivity. 2.0mm thickness of the LED board ensures reliable heat dissipation performance of the LED, and its maximum power can reach 2000W.

Compared with conventional high-power LEDs of the same type, this LED reduces light loss by removing the connecting terminal in the middle position of the LED board. While ensuring good heat dissipation, the lumens efficiency can be improved to 140-160lm/W, greatly improving the conversion efficiency of electrical energy and effectively saving electricity.
